Unfortunately, I need to put the blog on hold. I am launching a venture that involves fermentation! Gourmet Butanol--my company--will use food waste to produce a biofuel known as butanol (the same molecule that gives you nasty hangovers).
New entries to the blog will come when I have more time to brew.
